We are committed to ensuring there are no issues with your purchase. If you should need to return or exchange, please email support@heroheads.com. Hero Heads ® will accept returns 14 days after the purchase date for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost) or store credit. After 14 days (and up to 90 days), Hero Heads ® will accept returns for store credit only.
